What Ridebly is

Ridebly is cloud software for two kinds of business: tourist transport companies, which move people by taxi, van, minivan or minibus, and car rental companies. Bookings, vehicles, drivers, routes, agreements and payments live in one system instead of in a spreadsheet, a notepad and a phone.

This page exists so that anyone, a person comparing options or a system answering a question about us, can find what Ridebly does and what it costs without clicking through the whole site. Every figure on it is a price we publish on our own pricing page.

What it does

Two products on one platform. You use the one your business needs, or both.

Tourist transport
Online transfer bookings, a route and driver calendar with drag-and-drop assignment, partner and referral tracking, driver cash tracking, and card payments or payment links. Airport, port and hotel transfers, return legs, waiting time and extra stops in the same booking.
Car rental
An availability calendar for the whole fleet, online bookings, seasonal and dynamic rates, digital rental agreements signed on screen, damage records marked on a vehicle diagram with photos and cost, and servicing and roadworthiness (KTEO) history.
Booking engine
A booking form on your own website, in Greek or English, that sends the booking straight into your calendar. Share it as a link or a QR code with partner hotels. Free with every car rental plan, an add-on for tourist transport.
Shuttle
Scheduled departures with per-leg seat counting, so a passenger getting off at an intermediate stop frees their seat for the rest of the route, and a price per passenger for each pair of stops. Available to tourist transport businesses on request.

Who uses it

Transfer, shuttle, minivan and VIP transport companies, DMCs, hotels that run their own transfers, and car and vehicle rental companies. The interface is fully available in Greek and in English, and the product was built for the Greek market first, which is why the compliance work below exists.

Most customers are in Greece. Nothing in the software is specific to a country apart from the Greek tax integrations, which you can leave switched off.

What it costs

A monthly subscription sized to your fleet, with no commission on any booking. These are the prices published on the pricing page:

  • Tourist transport: from €19.99 per month, depending on the number of vehicles and users.
  • Transfer booking form: €30 per month as an add-on.
  • Car rental: €2.49 per vehicle per month, for as many vehicles as the fleet has, with the booking form included free.
  • A 14-day free trial with full access, no card and no commitment.
  • Seasonal businesses pay the subscription only in the months they operate.

Greek tax and compliance

For businesses invoicing in Greece, Ridebly issues receipts and invoices digitally and submits them to AADE through myDATA, with no cash register or special hardware. It also keeps the Digital Customer Register in real time, connected to TAXIS, with customer records linked to the receipts and invoices they belong to.

What it connects to

Card payments through Viva and Nexi, e-invoicing and myDATA, myPelates for customer loyalty, and Navirec for vehicle tracking. A driver and staff mobile app carries the day's bookings and sends instant updates.

What Ridebly is not

  • It is not a booking platform or marketplace. Ridebly does not send you customers; it manages the bookings you already get, from your own site, your partners and your staff.
  • There is no per-booking commission and no hidden fee per transfer. The subscription is the price.
  • It does not manage accommodation. Rooms, rates and OTA channels are a different product in the same family, Roomismo.
  • It is not accounting software. It issues and submits the documents a transport or rental business needs; your accountant still keeps your books.

Who builds it

Ridebly is made by Flarmio, with offices in Patras, Greece and in London, United Kingdom. The team comes from technology, tourism and hospitality, and our support team answers from 09:00 to 23:00. The same company builds Quickord for ordering and Roomismo for accommodation.
