For lines to and from airports, ports, hotels and beaches. You set departures and fares once, customers book a seat online, and Ridebly keeps count of the seats.
Routes, stops and fares
Each shuttle line is defined by its stops, its departure schedule, the vehicle and its seats, and the fare per passenger.
Scheduled departures
Departures at a fixed interval, from 15 to 120 minutes, or at specific times, on the days of the week you choose.
Return route
Link each line to its return route, with the stops in reverse order.
Fare per passenger and stop
Set a fare per passenger for each pair of stops, from the boarding stop to the drop-off stop.
Seat availability per route segment
Seats are counted on each segment of the route. A passenger who gets off at an intermediate stop frees up their seat for the following stops, so availability is calculated from the seats each booking actually takes up.
When a booking is cancelled or rejected, or the customer doesn't complete payment, the seats become available again.
Online shuttle seat booking
The shuttle is booked through the same booking form you use for transfers, in Greek or English.
Seat booking from your form
In the transfer booking form, the customer chooses “Book the shared shuttle” and picks a departure.
Seat availability
Each departure shows the seats left, or a “Sold out” label.
Payment
By card via Viva or Nexi, in full or as a deposit, or payment to the driver.

Week and day view
See every departure of the week and, for each day, the passengers on each departure.
Bookings from the office
Bookings that come in by phone or at the counter are entered manually on the same departure.

Ridebly counts the seats on each leg of the route, so a passenger who gets off at an intermediate stop frees up their seat for the rest of the way. When a booking is cancelled or rejected, or the payment is not completed, the seats are released.
